FYI...State Farm Mortgage - Houses 5-10
I have always appreciated the knowledge that I have gained from this site. I recall a couple of years ago struggling to find conventional refinanced loans for rentals on houses 5-10. My insurance agent with State Farm just called to see if I was still looking and I am not right now. BUT, they have just received approval to do rentals 5-10 through their company. If you are looking, you may want to give them a call!
