Portfolio or Bundle Loan - Raleigh Area - please provide recommendations

I'm currently on the lookout for local banks or credit unions that specialize in offering portfolio or bundle loans for investment properties. Specifically, I'm interested in pursuing a cash-out refinance to leverage the equity in my investment properties.

If you know of any reputable financial institutions in the area that cater to investors like myself, I'd greatly appreciate your recommendations!

@Gopi Krishna you’ve got some great feedback already. I’d also recommend Peoples Bank and Fidelity Bank as local options. I’ve got some great personal contacts that I’m happy to share if that’s of value. A local bank is great as well as they have a great sense for the market and won’t be interested in underwriting a deal they don’t think will succeed.
