Lending for land / lot purchase for cabin development

We are STR investors looking to acquire more land purchases for cabin construction projects. Particularly in the Red River Gorge of Kentucky, a premier STR investor / vacationer destination. Looking at purchasing lots from 60k-100k. Wondering if there are any lenders who are willing to lend on land purchase as well as the cabin construction side of things?

As a bit of backstory our LLC Bluegrass Rentals of Eastern KY has purchased just under 3 acres already for the purpose of 2-3 cabin builds. Our first construction is underway right now (see my profile for details on the deal). It is our first ground up construction project.

Outside of that we have ran 3 air Bnb's, currently managing 1. Our goal is to acquire more land to build cabins for the purpose of build to sell or build to hold as STR. AVG. cost to build per sq foot in this market around 200-275$ (Slade / Stanton KY). New builds sell very rapidly to out of state investors (think 3 bed / 2 bath or 2 bed / 2 bath floor plans). I personally am NOT the builder. I supervise over the GC that I have a great relationship with and we are ready to acquire and build at scale with the financial backing in place.
