Private Lender Presentation
I am meeting with a potential private lender this week. It is my first time so I'm a little nervous. Does anyone have a basic template/presentation I could use to show him how I will utilize his money and his expected return? I will be doing BRRR mostly. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

@Coe Davis thanks for the post. Always great to hear from a fellow Texan. And I agree with the above post - just bring your own work. I'm guessing you already know this person, correct? So, they should have some level of comfortability with you. Showing how you are doing this currently is the easiest and best way to have a private investor give you their money. Feel free to reach out if you want to talk anything through. Thanks!
