Looking for Condo Development Financing overseas

I'm a broker with a client looking for 50 million in development financing for a condo development in Asia.  My client has a reputable construction company there and is widely respected.  All government licenses, permits and approvals are in hand and ready to break ground.  Please let me know.   Thanks
