Asset based lending for conventional loan
I own 2 properties free and clear. I want to aquire a 3rd. Are there any asset based lenders who do conventional loans? If so, I want to use one of my properties as leverage for downpayment and closing. I want to do this with only using the equity I have in one of my properties. I am also inquiring (if that is possible) if anyone knows of asset based lender that could act as a one stop shop for what I am trying to do please feel to message me.
