Hi there,
I got my first accepted offer on a multifamily that we're going to househack!
I'm currently shopping around for mortgages and rates are all over the place so I would love to get some tips from the community
*) What are your best practices for comparing mortgages (I'm specifically doing an FHA loan)?
*) There are so many to choose from. How do you narrow down the list? Any specific lenders you could recommend I check out?
