Heloc job change

Cynthia R.
Posted

Hello there, I’m in the middle of finalizing a Heloc. However, it may be time for a job change in a few months this won’t happen until I finalize. I will be cutting back so my income will reduce some. I have savings and other income so I’m not worried about making the payments but my W2 will be less. My questions are will this affect my future draws? Do they reverify income? Or will it all stay the same and just make sure my credit stays in the same range? Thank you.
