Hello everyone, Brad here. I am brand new to investing as I am starting out as a wholesaler. I have a business partner lined up for when we make our first deal. After that we will partner up to focus mostly on LTR's and later I would like to start flipping. I am wanting more partners in the industry, mostly looking for ways to get lending. I am in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy so banks won't look at me. I am here for a fresh start in my financial life so if theres anyone out there who could help, I would greatly appreciate it!

My wife and I are wondering where the funding would be to obtain the second property and beyond to build our portfolio. We can see where wed get it to get the first, but after that wed be tapped out. I don't understand all these folks claiming they built their portfolio in a relatively short time. With what money? Is it only through investors? I'm lost.
