Land Loan Financing - New Orleans

There is purchase of land of a bundle of around 60 lots needed in the St. Bernard Parrish of New Orleans for around $250k. We are under a joint venture agreement with a construction company that will build homes on these lots. We have encountered difficulties with obtaining this loan. Please let me know if anyone can be of any assistance in getting a deal like this done. Thanks in advance!
