Transfer multifamily conventional loan to LLC

Hi everyone - 

I am looking to invest in multifamily, and I learned that if I do conventional loan, for 4 units it will be residential loan and i will have to get it under my name. Then is there a way to transfer the loan and the property to a new LLC in the future?

Appreciate any advice.
