Using Investment Property Equity Toward New Purchase
Corpus Christi Texas- I’d like to pull equity I have in an investment property I currently own and use that equity as a down payment towards a fourplex I’m interested in. The investment property was passed down to me 6 months ago and paid off so there’s no mortgage. Worth about $110k and currently has a tenant living in the unit that pays $1,000 in rent monthly. Any ideas on how to get this equity loan and mortgage accomplished simultaneously?
