Home Equity Loan on Investment Prop?
Hi there! I've been scouring the internet looking for an option here. I understand TX does not allow for traditional HELOCs on investment pieces. I have a buttload of equity in an investment property that I would like to utilize to assist in buying my wife and I's personal home.
Is there any option to pull the equity out of the TX home other than utilizing a cash out (currently at ~3% so would rather not mess with that)?
Thank you so much and I'm so sorry if this has been asked frequently.
