Low money down options on partnership rental
I am trying to pencil a deal with a partner, but we have limited down payment capability (looking to see if 10% or even 5% options are possible). Is the house hack the only way to get a low downpayment on a 3-unit MF? If we buy together, is there a way to house hack and tap into that?
