20 year vs 30 year mortgages.

Does anyone know of a lender that will fund a commercial loan ( to an LLC) for a 30 year term? Looking for a 30 year term not because we're going to keep the same loan for that long but because it will cash flow for the time being.
I want to purchase within my LLC but the max term I can find for an LLC buyer is 20 years.

Any other ideas of ways around this? Other than purchasing in my name, transferring to an LLC and hoping they don't call the loan due?
