Rates Dropping Last Few days!

Nice to see rates dropping last few days hopefully this continues...

MBS chart is a little confusing for those who are unfamiliar the increase is for yield spread (profit if you will) for the rate shown. So on these charts upward movement is means interest rates are decreasing. We had mid day decreases every day the last few days of the week so by the looks of this chart we will see further mid day decreases as well.
