MORTGAGE LENDING FOR PROPERTIES UNDER 100K?

Hello everyone,

I am looking into buying few properties that fall under the 100k price range of a typical mortgage. I am having a hard time finding a lender who is willing to work with properties below that mark. Any suggestions?
