Loan on Warehoused Materials

My partner and I have around $200k of housing materials warehoused for future rehab jobs. Furnaces, heaters and the like. Are there any lenders that would lend at low LTV on these? It would help us to have access to an extra $50k or so if we get a sudden influx of deals we want to take care of the rehab on. Open to loans from companies if they exist on structuring something with a private individual who would like to be well collateralized. We can be easy to work with on the diligence.
