Australian looking for good LVR
Hi guys,
Been reading bigger pockets for a while now but first question.
Im really interested in diversifying in to the US market however being a foreigner seems to mean max LVR available from the big lenders is 50%. This skews my ROI alot, making my return perhaps not worth the risk. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could get around this dilemma?
Thanks guys.
