Do DSCR Lenders Require Flood Insurance?

Hi there!

Since DSCR loans are commercial and not federally backed - do they need flood insurance?

Is this one of those where it depends on the lender? The property I'm considering purchasing is in AE Flood zone.
Thank you!

It will be pretty uniform among DSCR Lenders - if the property is in a flood zone, flood insurance required, if not, not required
