Time between investment loans

I'm due to touch base with my broker next week to figure out more about whats out there but thought the wiser heads on here could give me some insight before I talk to him.

I purchased a quadplex at the beginning of November via conventional 30 year loan. I have more than 5 years experience as a landlord which allowed the property's rent to count towards the loan qualification.

Is there a standard or recommended period before I can start pursuing funding for additional properties? I am turning over the thought of doing a 1031 into another quad but since that is a time sensitive process, I want to know if there is an acceptable period of time before I can qual for another conventional loan.
