Townhome vs Detached Single Family New Construction Costs

Hello,

I'm a newbie to developing a property myself. I've worked on numerous land planning charrettes, so I'm aware of the principles and disciplines needed.  I've got a potential of 10 acres in a residential part of town. I also have a modular residential product (three designs) to place on the site.  Anyone out there coach newbies like me on the steps to successfully implement such an ambitious project?
