Private Lender Purchase Agreement

Hello, Hope I'm posting this in the right spot.

I purchased a property thru auction several months ago and have a private lender that will be covering the remaining purchase price of $75k after my initial deposit of $5k at closing. I am looking for a Private lender purchase agreement that would work for this transaction. My intention is to secure a mortgage and rehab loan to pay the private lender back + int. within 30-45 days. Any assistance in directing me to a form/agreement for this scenario, would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance and look forward to the responses.

Mark
