Any experience with 212th Street Lending?

Posted
Anyone have any experience? Seems like a relatively new company. I was referred to them from a facebook group, but there's no other mentions in the group. The company and domain name are both pretty new, but it was formed by a legitimate law firm.

If it's a new company, I'm not opposed to doing business with them. Just curious if anyone has had any experience?

Thanks!

Do not work with them. They just scammed my client out of $7,000 for upfront points to be paid to them, then they ghosted us. They said it covered their "Underwriter" and "Processor" fees. They claimed to be a direct hard money lender.

Scott Brandon is the supposed "owner" and his other scammer David Maynard hit me up on Facebook and introduced me to 212th Street Lending LLC so they are both in on it. David Maynard told me that he would be comped by Scott Brandon for the referral. Total scammers, be careful out there!

The law office is real but as you know any online company or attorney will be your registered agent and file your LLC documents for you.
