Personal Loan or...Not
Hey Everyone,
I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I was unable to find it when searching through the forums.
I'm looking into purchasing my first property soon and I wasn't sure if I should do an FHA loan in my personal name or do some other type of financing. I would be a first-time home buyer which I know can have incentives. I live on Long Island in New York which is an expensive market and wanted to purchase my own residence here where those incentives may be beneficial. I have good credit and some cash (not enough to buy a cash deal) but wasn't sure what to do in this respect.
Any advice would be appreciated. I may just be stuck in analysis paralysis, but I'm unsure how beneficial those incentives are.
Thanks!
