First time buyer

Gerald Boone
Posted

My son is fresh out of college and works part time at 1 job for 4 years since High School. He is also working full time at another for 6 months.

He wants to buy a 4 plex using the first time buyer program. My wife and myself will give him some of the down payment to accomplish this.

Can this be done?

To add on to the prior answer since he is fresh out of college he might or might not qualify for a high enough loan amount to buy a 4 plex, you could cosign with him so he can qualify for a larger amount if needed.
