Arizona bank loans for land and development

Hello BP colleagues, some fellow land investors are trying to establish loan options with banks in Arizona. We all have relationships with national banks, but regional banks may have more flexibility with loans for increasing value in their own backyard. Loans would be for raw land acquisitions and value add development. Please send me a message with referrals. Thank you!
