Hello out there,

Does anyone have a good lead or site that helps explain how to create your own fund?

Thank you,

Travis

crowdfundinglawyers.net I believe have a lot of free content. Go on youtube and research regulation D 506c. To start a fund you will need a securities attorney to create all the documents which will range from $10k-$20k. Getting an attorney to create the docs is easy. Marketing and raising the funds is the harder part.
