I need No Doc NC HML's - 170k ARV - 50k renovation -

Hello,

I am located in the costal area of NC. I have a property that I am wanting to rehab. I need a HML/ no intensive docs (w2'sbanks statements..etc../we have them but would like to skip this
I've been holding my job for 6yrs my wife 4yrs....

The house is REO that is askin 80k , they started rehad and then bailed.... Im putting in a offer for 70k
1700sqft.
stripped to the studs.
Structural sound, no structure rot.
New vinyl siding,
New windows/doors
some rough plumbing some

The comps in the area are 170k -200k

Renovations are estimated at 50k.

My wife has a "good" credit score of 600+ and I am a skilled worker

hardwood/laminate/vinyl
cabinets/countertops
paint
drywall
decks

Please help
