Just starting out and need help getting started in genesse country

I'm just getting started as a investor and I need some help with lenders and setting up my company. My husband and I have one house that we rent out and there is a building that I want to buy that has a restaurant in it and with a upstairs that once were apartments and I would like fix them up and rent them out. I'm new on this site.
