Can I secure a VA Home Loan based on new BAH rate

Good evening,

I am writing in reference to utilizing my VA home loan. Im currently active duty and in the process of moving to California. My BAH rate as of January 2023 in California will support the purchase of a new property. My issue is that my current BAH rate would not get me approved at limits that I am in need of. Is there any way that I can be approved using the California rate prior to my PCS across country? Thanks in advance!
