Questions to Ask - Credit Union

Hi everyone,

I will be contacting my credit union on Monday. I am a longtime member there. I will be inquiring about unsecured personal loans, mortgages, and refinancing. I am interested in SFHs and small MFHs. Local and OOS. Value adds.

What types of questions should I be asking for each?

My thoughts were seasoning period (refi), what types of documents need to be provided, if they finance OOS deals, if they do portfolio lending, max LTVs, etc. I'm not entirely sure what other types of questions I should be asking to figure out if they are able to meet my needs or if I'm eligible.

Please help.

Thanks!
