Can I tap into the equity of my cooperative apartment?

Hello Everyone,

I have a coop apartment I am subletting as an investment property at the moment. I have a lot of equity in this property and would like to know if I can tap into the equity using HELOCs or other loans. I was told coops don't qualify for such loans, however, curious to know if anyone knows of other eligible loan products.
