Has anyone had a HELOC front Bank of America UNfrozen?
I have two HELOC's from Bank of America on two separate properties. A couple years ago, one of the HELOC's was frozen due to "declining real estate values". They never froze the other line. Recently, I called to ask if it could be unfrozen since values were going back up. The lady I talked to said they are on a doing so on a "case by case" basis.
Has anyone done this and had success?
