Any Lenders for a personal residence - Low LTV, crap credit!

I’m trying to help someone out and the personal residence/hard money lending is not my forte as I avoid anything consumer.

Probably under 70% LTV (closer to 65%), but credit score is a 541. Usually 45 to 60 days late on pmts, but always catches up.

Will also need to be some kind of stated income or other deal as he’s been out of work a while living off savings and whatnot.

Yes, as a commercial lender and broker I know how hard of an ask this is, but thanks for any help you can share.
