Looking for a local bank that services their own loans?

Looking to get connected with a local bank to SoCal that services their own mortgages.

I have come to the realization that having a network and relationships with individuals can substantially help cut down friction in working through deals. As we are looking to scale our portfolio, I see benefits in establishing a banking relationship and wanted to reach out to see if anyone has any recommendations for who/where we can bank with and what their experience has been using the local banks' mortgage products.

We have a few in-state and out-of-state LTRs and are looking to continue growing. Thank you all in advance for your help and guidance!
