Finding a "Money Guy" -- Residential Development

The family development business is exploring the idea of doing a deal in Arizona (sunshine!), and curious who else in the BP network is doing Residential Development and/or Mobile Homes in the Southwest.

We would love to hear from the private lenders...what's your outlook on new development right now (Sep. 2022)? As an asset class, what scares you about manufactured home strategies? Is affordable housing a growing problem/opportunity?

And from the developers...what's your 'lane', and why'd you pick this strategy to focus on?
