private money lenders dilema
Hey guys
when I raise private money as a loan, for 10% yearly, some of the lenders say "wait, if u can give me 10%, i guess u make alot more! so how can i invest WITH you instead of lend you money?"
any insights on what to answer them? (i prefer use them as lenders and not as co-investors)
