Private Lender for Chicago deals under $500k

Hello,

I'm looking for a lender that will lend to foreign nationals on a great deal that is under $500k. I've been hitting roadblocks with lender as the deal is too small of an amount and they don't want to touch it.

Can anyone here help me or let me know if they've found any lenders that will deal with foreign nationals on smaller deals?
