Hello,

Full disclosure here, I am an 23 year old AE for a lender known as Easy Street Capital out of Austin, TX. I work specifically for the "EasyRent" department in which we do DSCR loans for any residential investment property up to eight units, and we can even do mixed-use.

As a young newcomer to the sales game. I am always looking to network. Specifically, I am looking to grow and expand my network in the west coast, as I feel as though there are some great markets in the out west, and I can network/originate even after 5 pm CST.

Are there any good recommendations for mortgage brokers in the west coast? Any help/referrals are appreciated!
