I am looking for advice on how to finding private lenders. I have deals but every lender I come in contact with is hard money loans. Im in my Meetup Group for Dallas, Tx and all I run into while networking people with the same questions I have or trying to sale $40k to be in their group of investors, attorneys, lendersand etc. Any networking events, referrals or advice will be highly appreciated.

@Kimberly Arington i hear what you are saying 100%. sometimes people use hard money and private money interchangeably. for me, it was important to use hard money to get and close deals to prove to private lenders that i was worthy of their capital. i still use hard money, but starting out it was a great way to close deals quickly and prove that i could handle rehabs, properties and capital. happy to share other HML details and my HML contact if it will help you.
