Real Estate Builder/Developer looking for DSCR 5/1 ARM lender

Hello,

I am a real estate investor and developer in northern Florida and I am currently looking to retain some of the properties that we build as rentals. I was wondering if there's any consensus within the bigger pockets community on the best the SCR lender for a 5/1 ARM right now. Sorry if you're reading this two times I originally posted it and I can't find the original post.
