HELOC for self-employed needed
Hello everybody, i am a real estate investor who does fix and flips. I have been using asset based lending so far to finance my flips. As many of you know, the financial markets are not performing well as of now, and my borrowing power has decreased dramatically. I owe a single family residence with significant equity and i was looking for a HELOC which would help me finance my future flips. The problem i've be running into is most traditional lenders require 2 years of self-employment history. Unfortunately i have been in business for little over a year. I also looked at Non QM lenders but so far it seems they don't offer HELOCs under their Non Qm products. Ideally i would love to qualify for a HELOC, using bank statements.
I would appreciate any information related to this post. Thank you!
