Ivan,
Are you looking to buy leads as a loan originator? If so save your money because all mortgage leads today are garbage and over sold to multiple banks, lenders, and brokers. Regardless of what they tell you as far as "exclusive" or only sold 2-3 times its all a bunch or "BS". Take it from someone who has been in the business for over 17 years and purchased leads from almost every lead vendor in the business. We were spending over $30,000.00 a month on live internet leads and live transfers and eventually we figured out they are all buying form the same line of "Non-organic" traffic.
The only real way to become successful as a loan originator or broker in todays times is to build relationships with your local Real Estate Agents, CPA's, Attorney's, Wealth Management Officers as well as become known in your community as the "Go to" mortgage person. Do some Networking and meet-up with local investors and see what you programs you have that can benefit them and their investors/clients.
The other thing is take a good hard look at who you are working for and if their is not any training or guidance. I would think hard about finding a Bank/lender who will cater to your growth. We exist out there its a lot easier joining a team that helps you grow and give you the tools for success and not leads for frustration...
