Blanket Loan Financing

Looking for recommendations for a blanket loan lender. We have 11 doors (and increasing) on assets which range from $60k-$250k.

These are C class rentals in several states.

Looking for lenders to consider putting blanket loan over all properties vs individual. Would consider individual. Currently no leverage on the assets at this time.

The size of portfolio will also continue to increase over time as well.
