Flipper taking investors for the first time - how does this work?
I know someone interested in investing 100-200k in our flips, I want to make sure we do it right. Right now we are just looking at using him as a private lender rather than making him a partner in the deal. What questions do I need to ask? What all does a lawyer need to do? I know he'll be the lien holder on the property, how do we set up everything so it's on the up-and-up? Any direction would be helpful, first time we've ever done this, thanks so much!!!
