Good Morning! I found a solid investment property as a newbie to this and was researching current interest rates in Florida on investment properties. All above 5%. Looking to put as little as possible down with great credit and a W2 job to support with a ton of equity in my primary. Any ideas how to secure a solid loan these days on investment properties at the best rates? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
