Subject to - Refinance

Hi BP and all lenders!

Cutting to the chase, I am looking to connect with any and all lenders who can/will/have refinanced

1 -  vacant lots which will start development within 12 months. Plans and permits are ready for 3/4 lots. Plans and permits for the 4th lot are currently in the works. 4 lots that are currently worth about 250K total and I am looking to refinance 75% of that

2 - do a subject to completion appraisal on a ground up construction that is approximately 80% completed. I need to pay off my hard money loan. We hit a snag with supply chain issues in the middle of construction and do not want to pay the fees to extend the HML. We have picked up the pace and are trying to finish here asap. A refi at this time would be solid. Lease for 2 years is already in place for this project!

Thanks in advance folks!
