St. Louis Portfolio Lenders? Owner Occupied Low Down Payment
Has any one had any luck finding lenders in St. Louis the will make portfolio loans recently? I used my FHA loan last April and don't have enough equity to refinance out of it. I am looking to purchase my second property next month. I am trying to find a lender that will do 5% down on an owner occupied 2-4 unit property. Can anyone advise a lender in St. Louis or anywhere that would lend on a property in St. Louis with this type of loan?

I'm not a lender, however I don't think you need a portfolio loan at 5% if you plan to owner occupy the property. You'll still have to pay PMI however it will allow you to get that next property. I have a few lenders I can recommend if you message me :-)
