Hello, so I'm trying to think of what's the best way and options to buy three of properties that my mother owns. The total mortgage remaining for all three SFHs is less than 100k. My future goal(s) are to use the equity in those houses to buy a multifamily or self-storage facility. They do not require any rehabbing and have current tenants. They all carry at least 50% equity.
